Kyle and the team at Shoreline were nothing short of spectacular to work with in our time of need. I had a pretty serious vehicle fire that damaged the front of my garage and attic space over my home. Shoreline was prompt and professional when I gave them a call. Less than an hour after I called (not knowing yet how to handle my insurance claim) there was a crew on site closing off my now exposed to elements attic space. If you’re reading reviews looking for the right company to handle your restoration, construction project or remodel then look no further. 12/10 would recommend!

In September 2019 I purchased a home in Fruitport , 41 days after the purchase , a tree crashed through my roof into my home causing massive damage . I called a local company to do an emergency roof repair , and that company gave Shoreline Restoration my name , Kyle called and within a couple hours was at my home assessing the damage . Having never filed an insurance claim nor dealt with home damage , Kyle walked me through every step , answering my million questions with the patience of a saint . From start to finish Kyle and his entire team took care of everything , from dealing with my homeowners insurance , to notifying my mortgage company , to even letting my dog out while they were working at my home . Through 5 weeks of construction , not once did I enter my home to anything but spotless conditions , this team ensures they wipe everything down , and leave nothing behind to cause more stress . I now have a BEAUTIFUL new kitchen , and I couldn’t be happier . If there was a 10 star rating , I would give it . I have some projects I’d like to do in the future and I will be calling Shoreline Restoration & Construction to handle those projects . Kyle and team thank you again for being amazing , helping me understand the entire reconstruction process , and being so kind when I was in panic mode . I appreciate you all , and am truly truly grateful for the beautiful new kitchen .

Shoreline Restoration does great work! I had a leaky roof for years and had a few different companies repair it in the past on numerous occasions and I still had issues I heard about Shoreline and they came out and gave me a very reasonable quote and then did the work and I am very pleased with the outcome my roof is finally fixed after years of dealing with the same issue no one else could find a solution too! Very happy with the services they provide! I finally have a roof that doesn’t leak thanks to Shoreline Restoration! Thank you guys! Your work is very appreciated!

I can’t recommend Shoreline Restoration and Construction more highly. We purchased a new home in Whitehall that has been quite the project (to say the least.) Kyle Johnson was professional every step of the way. His team was courteous and beyond hard working. They showed up ON TIME every day. So far, they helped fix a flooded basement, rebuilt a flat roof, rebuild a large deck, which turned out AMAZING!!! Did I mention, they stayed within our budget along the whole way? With every turn with this house, they have been there to do excellent work and yes, some hand holding along the way. I only wish they worked here in Colorado. I’d hire them in an instant.

These guys put a new roof on my house and did a very professional job. Kyle was upfront and answered all my questions promptly. Dan and Kyle quoted a repair to some damaged cedar siding I had on my house. They performed the repair in a quick, professional manner, and the finished results look good. I am satisfied with the work they did, and that it will last. Overall Dan was a great communicator before, during, and after the work was done. I’d gladly work with them again, and would recommend them to anyone else in the area too.

Great people to work with. Professional, helpful, knowledgeable. I have had them 3 times now and highly recommend their work. First job was removing skylights and installing new ceiling. Second job was major…find ceiling leak in another area, repair damage and install new roof. Third job and most recent was remove damage siding and repair garage wall inside and out from vehicle damage. My go to contractors.

Shoreline Restoration did an excellent job on installing a new roof and handling the interior damage from water leaks. They are great with communication. The only minor issue was the painters could have been better at making sure paint spray\splatter (not that it was a lot) did not get on floor and cabinets.

Would consider using them again for future projects.

I had the best experience using Shoreline restoration and construction for my home remodeling. I can’t say enough great things about Kyle and his entire crew. They are professional, courteous, have great communication, and can get to the job in a timely manner. They did a complete kitchen remodel including demolition of the original kitchen, all new cabinets, custom countertops, new light fixtures, added island with butcherblock, flooring, shiplap, subway tile backsplash with accent tile above the range, and even appliances installation. The whole kitchen is brand new and we are in love with every aspect of it. We basically did an entire remodel of the main floor of our home and some work done in the basement to level the hallway out. This house was old and had a ton of obvious DIY work so it was a challenge from the beginning. They handled every challenge efficiently. Kyle really listened to what we wanted and was touching base regularly to consult with us on what was happening. One of the best things about working with this company is they listen and understand that we wanted to stay within our budget, which can get tricky when you start tearing into a house like this and discover obstacles. We were offered the best solution, the budget friendly solution, and everything in between. I felt very comfortable through the entire process from the initial meeting at the house for a quote all the way to the end. Every person we encountered was polite, professional, and hard working. I will be using Shoreline restoration and construction for all me future needs. Other work done includes: all new light fixtures through out, vinyl flooring throughout, shiplap in kitchen and hallway, baseboard trim throughout, new doors, appliance installation, new gas lines for appliances, and clean up. 10/10 service and craftsmanship with attention to detail.

We bought our first home and found in the winter it had severe water damage. The roof was past its lifespan and was destroying our home. The water damage caused mold in our attic and bedroom. What a nightmare. I called shoreline restoration because I read so many great reviews, and the reviews weren’t lying! This company worked with my financial situation, kept me informed every step of the way, they were prompt, their techniques were up to date and even added new ventilation on our outdated home so the attic issue wouldn’t happen again. Grateful I went with shoreline restoration instead of trying to do it myself or looking for someone else. They were good to me. Highly recommended by a happy customer!

Shoreline Restoration is a very good, responsible company: licensed and Insured (I checked!) Shoreline came to my rescue following my being scammed terribly by non-licensed, non-insured local contractor who claimed to be licensed and insured (he isn’t).

Shoreline Restoration is not only good at what they do, they are honest and fair – I think of Shoreline as staffed by Good Samaritans. If Shoreline has a waiting list, it is for a good reason — just get on their list – don’t make the mistake I made.

Feel free to ask Shoreline for my email address and I will give you a wonderful reference to a great group of people who restored my faith in contractors. 5-stars isn’t even enough. They are better than 5-stars! 🙂
